Where2Vibe is built to help people discover real events, meet new people, support hosts, and find what is happening around them. These Community Guidelines explain what is and is not allowed on Where2Vibe.
By using Where2Vibe, you agree to follow these Guidelines, our Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, Ticket Purchase & Refund Policy, and any other rules we make available.
Where2Vibe is an 18+ platform. Many events may also be 21+ or have additional venue, ID, dress code, ticketing, or entry rules.
Where2Vibe is for real events and real communities.
We want the app to help users find:
We want hosts to be able to promote events clearly, and we want users to feel like the app is useful, safe, and not full of fake or misleading posts.
Do not use Where2Vibe to mislead people.
You may not:
If your event is not real, not authorized, misleading, unsafe, or suspicious, we may remove it.
Hosts are responsible for the events they post.
If you post or promote an event, you are responsible for:
Do not post an event unless you have the right to promote it.
Do not sell tickets to an event you do not intend to host.
Do not use Where2Vibe to send users to unauthorized sign-up pages, phishing links, fake ticket pages, or third-party forms designed mainly to collect user information.
Car meets are allowed when they are lawful, safe, and respectful.
Car meets on Where2Vibe should not promote or encourage:
If a car meet does not have permission to use a location, the host should be clear that users are responsible for following all property rules, local laws, and instructions from law enforcement, venue staff, or property owners.
Where2Vibe may remove car meet listings that appear likely to cause unsafe, illegal, or disruptive activity.
Parties, nightlife, clubs, raves, bars, and happy hours must follow all applicable laws and venue rules.
Do not post or promote events that encourage:
If an event is 21+, has a dress code, requires ID, has limited capacity, or has special entry rules, hosts should make that clear.
Users are responsible for following venue rules, ID requirements, age restrictions, alcohol laws, and local laws.
You may not use Where2Vibe to post, promote, organize, sell, request, or encourage illegal activity.
This includes:
Where2Vibe may remove content, suspend accounts, ban users, restrict hosts, cancel tickets, hold payouts, or report activity to law enforcement when appropriate.
You may not harass, threaten, intimidate, bully, stalk, dox, or target others.
You may not post or send content that attacks, degrades, or excludes people based on:
This applies to events, profiles, messages, group chats, comments, reports, flyers, and any other content on Where2Vibe.
Where2Vibe is not for sexual exploitation, nudity, prostitution, escort services, sex trafficking, sexual harassment, or content sexualizing minors.
You may not post:
We may remove content and accounts immediately for violations.
Do not use Where2Vibe to spam users or abuse the platform.
You may not:
Promoter, referral, and reward abuse may result in lost rewards, canceled commissions, account restrictions, payout holds, or bans.
Do not use Where2Vibe to commit ticket fraud.
You may not:
Invalid, refunded, duplicated, disputed, already scanned, or fraudulent tickets may be rejected.
Do not share someone else's private information without permission.
This includes:
Do not use Where2Vibe to dox, stalk, track, or harass people.
Group chats and messages should be used for event planning, community discussion, and respectful interaction.
Do not use groups or messages for:
Group owners may remove members or delete groups where available. Users can leave groups or block users where available.
Reported messages may be reviewed by Where2Vibe.
Only upload content you have the right to use.
Do not upload flyers, logos, photos, videos, artist names, venue names, brand names, or other content in a way that infringes someone else's rights or misleads users.
If you use a venue, artist, promoter, DJ, brand, or organization name, you must not falsely suggest that they are hosting, sponsoring, or approving the event.
Where2Vibe may remove content that appears to infringe rights, impersonate someone, mislead users, or violate our rules.
Where2Vibe is for users who are at least 18 years old.
Some events may be 21+ or have other age restrictions. Users are responsible for knowing whether they are legally allowed to attend.
Hosts should clearly list age restrictions when they know them.
Venues, hosts, security, or event staff may require ID and may deny entry if a user does not meet age or ID requirements.
Where2Vibe does not guarantee that every user, attendee, or host is the age they claim to be.
Use common sense before attending an event.
Before going, consider:
Do not drink and drive. Do not ride with unsafe drivers. Do not bring weapons. Do not participate in violence, illegal racing, takeovers, trespassing, or unsafe behavior.
Where2Vibe is not an emergency service. If there is immediate danger, contact local emergency services, venue staff, security, or the event organizer.
If you see something that violates these Guidelines, report it.

Include screenshots, event names, usernames, links, and details when possible.
We aim to review reports within 24 hours. Urgent safety concerns should include URGENT in the email subject.
You can block users where the app provides blocking tools.
Blocked users cannot message you or interact with your content through blocked features.
Blocking is useful if someone is bothering you, but serious threats, scams, harassment, or safety issues should also be reported.
Where2Vibe may take action when we believe these Guidelines, our Terms, or our policies have been violated.
Actions may include:
Severe or repeated violations may result in permanent removal from Where2Vibe.

Include:
Where2Vibe may review appeals, but we are not required to restore content, accounts, tickets, payouts, promotions, or access.
Where2Vibe works best when users post real events, respect each other, follow the law, and use good judgment.
We want the app to help people find what is happening around them without turning into spam, scams, fake events, unsafe meets, or harassment.
