This document explains how the Where2Vibe partner and sponsorship program works: who can apply, what partners and sponsors may be asked to do, and how approval levels and access are handled. It is a reference guide to help you understand the program.
This is not a contract. It does not list pricing, fees, percentages, or guaranteed results. Any specific deal terms apply only if Where2Vibe provides them to you directly and in writing.

How to read this document. Words like "may receive," "eligible for," "can be approved for," "subject to review," "based on availability," and "based on event quality and fit" mean a benefit or access is possible, not promised. Where2Vibe reviews each partner and sponsor individually, and approval, benefits, and access are decided case by case.
Applications happen inside the Where2Vibe app.
Where2Vibe reviews each application. Approval is subject to review and based on availability and event quality and fit. Submitting an application does not guarantee approval at any level.
After you submit, you can follow your application on the applicant-facing status screen in the app.
Your status may show, for example, that your application has been submitted, is under review, has been approved at a level, or has not been approved at this time. The exact wording may change as the app is updated.
Where2Vibe may include a message or admin note with your status to share next steps or ask for more information. A status or note is informational only. It does not create a guarantee of any specific benefit, placement, or result.
Where2Vibe offers a baseline plus several approval levels. The level you may be approved for is based on review, availability, and event quality and fit.
A starting point for brands, businesses, and partners who want to work with Where2Vibe. Baseline participants may be eligible for basic collaboration opportunities, subject to review.
An entry sponsorship level. Sponsors at this level may be eligible for additional collaboration and visibility opportunities, based on availability and event quality and fit.
A higher sponsorship level. Sponsors at this level may be eligible for expanded opportunities compared to Level 1, subject to review and availability.
A partnership level for deeper, ongoing collaboration. Partners at this level may be eligible for the broadest set of opportunities, based on review, availability, and event quality and fit.
What you may be eligible for depends on your approval level. Higher levels may be eligible for more, but nothing is guaranteed. This document intentionally does not list exact benefits, pricing, fees, percentages, or hard deal terms; those are handled separately and only if Where2Vibe provides them to you directly.
Depending on your approval level and the specific collaboration, you may be asked to:
These are requirements for receiving certain benefits, not automatic fees or charges. Using a Where2Vibe link or QR code may be a condition for being eligible for some benefits. Where2Vibe does not automatically charge you a fee for choosing not to use a link or QR code.
If you send event footage or other media, you may be asked to confirm that you have the right to share it.
Where2Vibe may tag you, credit you, or collaborate with you on content that uses your event media, based on the collaboration and your approval level.
How and whether your media is used is based on availability and fit. Where2Vibe does not promise any specific reach, views, or results from content.
Partner Assets is a separate access area in the app.
Partner Assets access is granted by Where2Vibe (admin) approval only. Being approved at a sponsorship or partnership level, or holding any role in the app, does not by itself unlock Partner Assets. Access is available only when Where2Vibe specifically grants it.
Where2Vibe may grant, change, pause, or remove Partner Assets access, including if requirements are not followed.
Promoter access is a separate program. It is not the same as partner or sponsorship approval, and it is not the same as Partner Assets.
Promoter access is admin-controlled and granted separately by Where2Vibe. Being approved as a partner or sponsor does not automatically grant promoter access, and having promoter access does not automatically grant partner or sponsorship approval or Partner Assets access.
Approval levels and access can be changed, paused, or removed.
This may happen if requirements are not followed, if information provided is inaccurate, if an event or content does not fit Where2Vibe's standards, or for other reasonable operational reasons.
Benefits and access are based on availability and event quality and fit, and are not guaranteed for any set period unless Where2Vibe agrees otherwise in writing.
Where2Vibe does not guarantee growth, sales, attendance, promotion results, reach, or any other specific outcome.
Flexible words used throughout this document - such as "may," "eligible for," "subject to review," and "based on availability" - mean a benefit is possible, not promised.
Any specific pricing, fees, percentages, or deal terms apply only if Where2Vibe provides them to you directly and in writing.
